Why is my military discount not being applied?
Not all creator's merchandise are included in the program. If your discount does not apply, then the creator has chosen not to participate in the program.
How long will my order take?
Orders typically take 5 business days to fulfill. However, due to the pandemic please allow extended fulfillment and shipping times.
During Peak Seasons (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) Please allow extended time frames for fulfillment and shipping times.
We ship through USPS and UPS and these are busy times for them as well.
How to add a note to my order?
In order to do so you will need to checkout by clicking the cart icon and a box will appear on bottom left section of the screen. This is the only way to be able to.
If you checkout and were unable to make a note like this please
email our support team and they can try and accommodate the note as best as they can if the order has not been fulfilled at the time the message was received.
Why have my items not shipped? I paid for faster shipping!
If you purchased faster shipping that only applies to the shipping time, not the time it takes to process the order for shipping. Items may take up to two weeks to process. Just because you paid for two day shipping does not guarantee it will arrive in two days once the order is placed. We try our absolute best to process orders as quickly as possible and get them to you in the correct shipping time.
Do you ship internationally?
We most certainly do!
Please keep in mind, if your package is returned to our warehouse for having an insufficient address or being unclaimed,
you will not be reimbursed for the shipping cost, only the cost of the product purchased.
You can check international rates by adding items to cart before payment.
Please note extra charges may be added by countries and cost varies.
These aren’t our fees, and we cannot pay or dismiss them.
Why can't you ship to my address?
UPS does not allow international shipping to P.O box addresses, we're sorry for the inconvenience! If your address is not a P.O box and still are having issues please contact email@example.com
How much does shipping cost?
It varies by how many items you have in your cart, the shipping option selected and the destination.
You may add items and destination info to your cart and see rates before payment.
I placed an international order and I have not received it?
International orders can take up to a month or longer to ship sometimes. We cannot control shipping times.
We use UPS and shipping is controlled by them. Check in with your postal office or UPS store as sometimes items are there, and they do not notify customers. Once you receive a notification that your item has shipped, you will need to contact UPS for updates.

I forgot to put an item in my cart and I have already paid, can you add it please?
Unfortunately we cannot edit items in an order after they have been processed. If you want to add additional items we will need to cancel and refund your original order so that you can place your new order with the correct items.
Can you combine my orders to save on shipping?
Unfortunately there is no way for us to accomplish this task due to the high order volume. However, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can cancel and refund the orders so you can combine them in a new order.
I ordered the wrong size/item, can you change the size/item on my order?
Unfortunately there is no way for us to edit an order after it has been processed. We can however cancel and refund the original order so that you can place an order with the correct items or sizes.
How do I return an item?
Please visit our Return Center to begin a return. You will need the email address associated with the order to begin the process.
Please note we will only accept returns for returns that are initiated within 30 days of fulfillment
I received the wrong item, what do I do?
Please visit our Return Center to start the return process. After you have done that, please email email@example.com with your original order number and we will make sure to get your items out to you as quickly as possible.
I accidentally entered the incorrect address, what do I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the correct address.
Can I have someone sign my merchandise?
Unfortunately due to the volume of orders we receive we cannot fulfill requests for signatures. However, we do try to run promotions that may include autographs so sign up for our newsletters to receive notifications on our promotions!
Why Was My Shipping Not Refunded?
If you have requested a refund or cancellation of an order and tracking has been provided please note that the refund will not include the shipping fees, as the shipping process has already been initiated.
